I PRINCIPALI CAFFÈ CHE COMPONGONO LA MISCELA

Brasil Nossa Senhora das Gracias

Fazenda Nossa Senhora das Graças is located in the highlands of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at an altitude of 1,200/1,300 meters. This plantation, carefully managed by the Peixoto family, is distinguished by its excellent quality due to the slow sun-drying of ripe cherries. This process gives the coffee a full body and elegance with notes of chocolate and dried fruit. We use this coffee in blends for its aromatic complexity, which enriches the flavor profile and enhances the aftertaste.

Guatemala Concepcion Huista

Located in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, the CODECH cooperative collects coffee from farms run by women. This coffee is distinguished by a delicate fruit profile, with an excellent balance of sweetness, body, acidity, and notes of tropical fruits and amaretto. The cooperative actively promotes women's participation, offering prizes to support health initiatives in communities. We choose this coffee for its unique contribution of sweetness and complexity, which enriches the flavor profile and provides an extraordinary taste experience.

Etiopia Yirgacheffe Butu Galcha

The Butu Galcha plantation, located in Idedo in Ethiopia's renowned Yirgacheffe region, covers 7 hectares and is passionately managed by Mrs. Butu Galcha, who has inherited the family tradition dedicated to coffee care. This intensely fruity coffee has an full body and a sweetness that recalls hints of caramelized peaches and raspberries. We are happy to have selected this coffee for its uniqueness and notes of raspberry jam, ripe peach and caramel, which make the blend smooth and balanced.

Guatemala Nemaya San Marcos

Finca Oná is located in the San Marcos region of Guatemala and covers 1,895 hectares of volcanic terrain. Founded in 1890, it is one of the oldest coffee plantations in the country. This coffee is distinguished by its full body, intense aroma and notes of hazelnut and dark chocolate, with a lingering aftertaste of caramel. We use this coffee for its enveloping flavor profile, which enriches the blend by imparting a unique complexity and perfect balance.
